More and more, I hear new people answering the phone who are kind of like the B or C team.
I then noticed that the agents I most enjoyed talking to were disappearing. Then Graton opened their own call center and just about every person that answered my call was so knowledgeable and polite. The call center used to be in Las Vegas and they were pretty rude and didn't have much information to share.
